Battle 5 - Finals

The moment the Battle of the Clubs had been building towards — the Finals arrived at Arcade Independence. Four clubs fought their way through the competition to earn their place on the final stage — Powertain Calisthenics, Arcade Calisthenics, Fitness for Life, and NSBM Calisthenics Club. In a thrilling conclusion to SLSWCA’s first ever Battle of the Clubs, Powertain Calisthenics rose above the rest to be crowned the inaugural champions. Click below to view images from the Finals.

Battle of the Clubs reached a new level as the competition moved to Arcade Independence for the Quarterfinals. Six clubs earned their place on the stage — Soul Lifters, Arcade Calisthenics, Powertain Calisthenics, NSBM Calisthenics Club, Fitness for Life, and Kalos Sthenos.  Powertain Calisthenics emerged victorious. Battle of the Clubs heated up at Street Pump with five clubs stepping up to compete — Soul Lifters, Calisthenics LK, Kalos Sthenos, Street Pump, and Calisthenics Cartel. The competition was intense across the board, but when the dust settled, Soul Lifters stood tall, claiming a well-deserved victory. Click below to view images from the 3rd battle.

Battle of the Clubs returned to the shores of Mount Beach for Round 2, with four clubs taking the stage — Fitness for Life, Powertain, Mount Beach Calisthenics Club, and Visal_Gymnastx. After an intense showdown, Fitness for Life and Powertain rose to the top in a thrilling draw, matching each other point for point. Click below to view images from the 2nd battle.

The Battle of the Clubs kicked off with an electrifying first round between Arcade Calisthenics and NSBM Calisthenics Club. Calisthenics Workshops

Calisthenics Workshop - December '25

SLSWCA closed out 2025 with its South Workshop, held in partnership with Makahiya Fitness on the 21st of December. Running from 9 AM to 12 PM, this was SLSWCA’s first venture into the south and it did not disappoint. The session covered four skills — Handstand, Muscle Up, Pistol Squat, and L-Sit — bringing a more diverse curriculum than previous workshops. SLSWCA’s third workshop of 2025 was a special one — the first ever session exclusively for women. Held at Myrus Colombo Center on the 26th of October, the Calisthenics for Women workshop ran from 11 AM to 3 PM and focused on three key skills: Handstands, Pull-Ups, and Muscle Ups. Designed for ladies who want to challenge their limits and discover their strength, the session was free and open to all levels. To view media from the workshop click the button below.

SLSWCA returned to Myrus Colombo on the 12th of October for its second community workshop. Once again free and open to all levels — beginner, intermediate, and advanced — the session continued building on the fundamentals of Handstands and Muscle Ups. With a walk-in format running from 11 AM to 3 PM, athletes could drop in anytime and train, learn, and improve their movement. To view media from the workshop click the button below.

SLSWCA organized its first community workshop, held at Myrus Colombo on the 21st of September. Open to all levels — beginner, intermediate, and advanced — the session focused on two fundamental calisthenics skills: Handstands and Muscle Ups. With a walk-in format running from 11 AM to 5 PM, athletes could drop in anytime and train, learn, and improve their movement.
